Membership
Membership is open to everyone who is interested in the collection of Chinese Art and collectibles.
Persons who are below 18 years of age shall not be accepted as members without the written consent of their parent or guardian.
Full membership may be held by an antique dealer and/or collector who meets the following criteria:
A. Individual involved in the sale and businesses or collector of Chinese Fine Arts.
B. Provides one member reference who is a current member of the Society.
C. Abides by the Society’s Code of Ethics.
Full members who are above 21 years of age shall have the rights to vote and to hold office in the Society.
Associate membership is intended for two categories:
A Individuals who are in the industry related to Chinese Fine Arts business.
B. Individuals who are not currently active in the sale of fine arts and antiques.
C. Provide one member reference who is a current member of the Society.
D. Abide by the Society’s Code of Ethics.
Associate members shall not have the right to hold office, but those who are above 21 years of age shall have the right to vote.
Application For Membership
A person wishing to join the Society should submit his particulars to the Secretary on a prescribed form.
A new member must be proposed and seconded by existing members. The Committee will decide on the application for membership.
